All accommodation is subject to availability upon receipt of deposit cheques. No booking is confirmed until deposit cheques have been cleared by our bank. All accommodation is offered on a first come first served basis and provisional telephone bookings are only held for 14 days.

 

A non transferable and non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required by return of post along with the booking confirmation form.

 

All outstanding balances of monies are payable in cash on arrival unless by prior arrangement with ourselves.

 

All damage and breakages must be paid for.

 

Please look after your keys as losing them will result in a £10.00 lost key charge.

 

Only the persons listed on the booking form are authorized to stay at the hotel. Any unauthorized person found staying at the hotel will be charged £20.00 per night for the duration of the party’s stay.

 

There is no smoking in the hotel rooms and a cleaning charge of £50 will be made in the event of any rooms found to be breaking this condition .

 

If you return to the hotel late please be quite as there may be other guests trying to sleep.

 

The rooms must be left in a reasonable condition when checking out any room that is left in an unreasonable state will incur charges for cleaning.

 

The person who pays the deposit & or signs this form is responsible for all monies owed to The Braemar hotel on departure.

 

 

The Braemar Hotel will prosecute for any monies owed to the company.

For group bookings all conditions listed above apply plus all conditions listed below.

 

A £10.00 per person (returnable) behavior and damage bond will be levied upon arrival and returnable upon checking out of the hotel.

 

A reasonable standard of behavior and dress is to be observed by all guests at all times whilst on the premises, failure to observe this rule by any member of your party may lead to the confiscation of their bond money and or the eviction of the offender and the complete party from the hotel.

 

All damage and breakages must be paid for and the cost of the damaged goods will be deducted from the group’s bond money and all rooms will be checked before guests check out and bonds returned. Please look after your keys as losing them will result in a £10.00 lost key charge.

 

The rooms must be left in a reasonable state when they are left any room that is left in an unreasonable state will incur an additional charge which will be be deducted from the bond for cleaning.

 

 

Please note the groups bond money stands for any monies that may be owed to the hotel if that money does not cover the cost,the person who signs the booking form must pay any outstanding amount owed to The Braema Hotel.

 

The Braemar Hotel will prosecute for any monies owed to the company.
